Imago Refresh is on a mission to renew imagination in the mature sexual stage of adult human life and restore animation of the innate inner life of people. In more abstract words our mission is to run water over and give wings to the inner beloved.

Clark Williamson

Founder, fellow, and Lead Facilitator.

From the ages of 10 through 35 I was stuck in a cycle of image consumption. I lived vicariously through visual displays of sexuality. In my late 20s the consumption-shame cycle reached a point that was severely affecting my well being. At first I attempted to change on my own, but quickly realized I needed the help of live humans. Although the many social workers, therapists, life coaches, and counselors I utilized had their positive influences, it wasn’t till I experienced depth psychology, practiced expressive arts, and connected with nature that I felt true movement in my sense and ability to handle difficult emotions without addictive habits. Imago Refresh is a side project that utilizes Clark’s experience in order to teach/mentor people looking to change their own digital addiction habits.
