If you need assistance changing habits around porn usage you have stumbled in the right internet direction. Making changes on your own is possible, but for many people it is not ideal. A mentor can offer a perspective that is outside of our current view, to see us in a different way than we can recognize in ourselves. Technology usage can be an extremely isolating experience and thus meaningful connection with a mentor is an important step.

I utilize a combination of depth psychology and expressive arts to help people work through their porn habits. Together we take steps toward a healthier body-self relationship and meaning making. This process allows people to leave behind the overwhelming addictive pattern that has ruled their life and step into a soul centered .

Typical sessions meet in a hybrid format of online video conference and in person visits. Each session is one hour in length. We generally will meet roughly once a month, but will always take it one session at a time. You must be willing and able to travel to Summit County Colorado at some point in our mentoring relationship for this to be a good fit. As a peer mentor, by which I mean that I have gone through my own technology addictive cycles, I find it imperative to the work on technology addiction to connect in person.
The cost is $115/session.
